MAD isn’t angry. The name is an acronym that means Many Attitudes of Dennis. He is an extremely versatile performance poet from whom you can always expect the unexpected. MAD has independently released 3 spoken word cd’s. Career highlights include featuring at the Apollo, IWPS finalist and Def Poetry Jam radio champion.


Born in Queens to two ministers, The MarXman never left the side of his first love, music. A natural performer, he could always be found singing or reciting poetry for any audience he could find.
